UPDATE! I found a pic on Google of his staff drinking in Shaner’s headquarters when he ran for state house! BETTER YET A pic of Shaner at Pickles in November…From my own cell phone. He was stumble, fall down, I-don’t-know-who-I-am drunk when I took this. I was with friends, and were shocked at this behavior from the man that would be State Rep Shaner.
