The man who served eight years as Pennsylvania’s state police commissioner is facing drunken driving charges.Police in the Harrisburg suburbs say Paul Evanko was arrested Friday night and his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
Police say the 60-year-old Evanko was charged with drunken driving Friday night after being involved in a minor traffic accident.
Evanko retired as commissioner in 2003.
