Federal and state lawmakers weighed in Wednesday on the state attorney general’s decision to settle an investigation of Lehigh Valley College’s parent corporation, with one of the two denouncing it because no money is going to students stuck with huge loan debt.In a testy exchange before the Senate Appropriations Committee, state Sen. Lisa Boscola, D-Northampton, grilled Attorney General Tom Corbett on the terms of the $200,000 settlement between his office and Illinois-based Career Education Corp.
‘‘If you’ve done something wrong, you pay the price,’‘ the visibly frustrated Bethlehem lawmaker told Corbett, a Republican.

And if anyone knows about right and wrong, it's Lisa Boscola
Throughout her career and certainly in her personal life, Lisa Boscola has constantly screwed up and then asked the public for “forgiveness” and “understanding.” For Corbett to sit there and be lectured by her ilk about right and wrong would be like taking parenting lessons from Brittany Spears.
If she had bothered to take 5 minutes to do any actual investigating (rather than her usual screeching about things she knows nothing about) she would have been able to ask intelligent questions. Rep. Murphy demonstrated how a public official could best protect the interests of his constituents in this matter without having to make an ass out of himself.
