As Race Continues, Dems Focus on Electability

As usual, we’ve found a way to stop focusing on issues – you know, the things that affect peoples’ lives like the economy, war, etc – and are back to talking about process.

Forget the debate over the war in Iraq, the economy, or health-care plans. The candidates’ handlers and surrogates certainly have.

These days, the battle between Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton is mostly about electability, about who has the better chance to win in the fall.

And both sides have an argument to make – having to do with the electoral map, among other things – which hasn’t always been the case.

For much of the campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination, electability was Obama’s strong suit.

Resolve Electablilty Question

Both Obama and Clinton have been trying to prove that they will do better against McCain in the fall election. Here is a simple way to resolve this debate. Have both Clinton and Obama run against McCain on separate tickets in November and see who gets the most votes against him. Then the Democratic Party will know which one is the better candidate against McCain.

Incredibly Silly

Sounds like a really silly idea, honestly.

Sarcasm

Sorry, I forgot to put the sarcasm indicator on. Unfortunately, with the tone of the primaries, if something is not done, it may not be far from what will happen in November.

Great!!! Then we can have

Great!!! Then we can have the swimsuit competition.

Who is we?

Even non-believers know right and wrong. Your God has a terrible track record. Too much praying, too little action.

The harvest is ripe and labourers are few

It was good to see Reverend Wright on Fox News giving a speech and answering questions. It was much better than listening to soundbites.
Pray that GOD may send labourers into HIS harvest, The harvest is ripe labourers are few.
Reverend Wright has the media attention. May the media desist from edited soundbites. Balanced media coverage is to be commended.
God Bless America and God have mercy on me chiefest of sinners. Amen.Errol Smythe.

Charity begins at home

The Reverend has done many good works in his community. He has served his country. He is now serving for thirty years or more, the Lord Jesus Christ. We have misjudged him. We are sorry. God help us. Errol Smythe.

Errol

Lighten up dude.

Time to move on

Time to turn the page. Time to move on. Everday is a day of new beginnings. There is hope on the horizon. Things will get better now and America will make the right decision .Hillary has done Barak a big favour on the Fox News. Errol Smythe.

There is NOT a new

There is NOT a new beginning according to the Reverend and he doesn’t want to see one. He thrives on the very hateful atmosphere he claims he wishes to destroy. He was a young man looking for truth who is now an old man living a lie.
