Nutter's Hillary Endorsement Suddenly Matters a Lot

...Nutter isn’t a supporter of Obama’s. Instead, he has endorsed Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.) and insisted in an interview late last week with The Fix that she is well positioned to clean up in both Philadelphia and Pennsylvania in general when the Democratic race makes its way there on April 22.

“There’s the regular season, and then there’s the playoffs,” Nutter said of the nomination fight. “We’re now in the playoffs.” Extending the football metaphor, Nutter compared Obama to the New England Patriots, who were undefeated during the regular season and the playoffs, and Clinton to the New York Giants, who ended that winning streak in the Super Bowl.

Like so many politicians who cut their teeth in the 1990s, Nutter has a long history with the Clintons. In the early part of that decade, Nutter became involved in the Democratic Leadership Council, whose leading voice was then-Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton. During Clinton’s 1992 presidential bid, Nutter served as a pledged delegate for, in his words, “an unknown governor of the poorest state in America.” (Left unsaid in the interview was that in Nutter’s 2007 mayoral bid, Obama endorsed Rep. Chaka Fattah, who wound up finishing fourth.)

This is good and fair questioning.

Clinton Experience

I agee, that this part of the campaign has heightened importance. But as far as Hillary Clinton taking care of things “when it counts“… have you seen this ad showing her authorizing the Iraq War? It’s pretty powerful stuff:

I remember quite a bit about Hillary.....

I remember Hillary as the First Lady.
I remember The Clinton Adminstration.
I remember how, when she tried the Health Care reform, didn’t make it, but it turned around and helped get the Childrens Health Care, among other important steps.

I remember how every tauted on how invovled Hillary really was, and how she broke “the mold” on being “First Lady”. I remember that she moved her Office in the West Wing and positioned herself at Presidental meetings to be informed. I remember people speculating that perhaps she was the force behind the actual Presidenacy.

I remember what and how they tried to take them down with White Water and Travel gate. I remember that Starr spent (on the Republicans half) over 50 million trying to do so and left no stone unturned and could not proof them to be guilty of anything.
Ooops, yes…Bill. They did get him on that, didn’t they? Not a good one, but he was really the first President to get caught, right? Remember JFK and Monroe?

I remember how HIllary got through all that, and kept going.

I remember, that since the Clintons left the White House, there has been no end to people trying accuse them of things, only to find by more then one court, it was just not so….and in the end, they still kept working.

I have looked at Obama. I like him. He is a good speaker and he has done many things. Not nearly has much as Hillary when you check the real facts.

You can view each candidates background and stay away from the Hyper Headlines. You will find many things that are important to know for this race.

My support is for Hillary Clinton.

I rem

I remember too.

I remember the acid reflux that the Clintons gave me after pushing through ass backwards legislation like the Telecommunications “Reform” Act.

I remember a lot of headaches over defending them for things that happened under Bill’s beltway.

We need someone who will transcend party affiliation and overcome the political poison that is killing our nation. I cannot support Hillary. I have to support Obama.

I am so sick of politics.

Politics

Am I to believe Obama will take politics out of Washington. Damn, it truly is the second coming…....

Better than...

the second coming of Clinton, warts and all.
